Interim Pastor - Rev. Emily Wasser
The Reverend Emily Wasser is currently serving as St Luke's Interim Pastor. She arrived at St. Luke's in September of 2022 but as been a part of the Central Florida Presbytery since 2015 where she currently serves on Presbytery Council.
Prior to her work at St. Luke's Emily served for 7 years at Winter Park Presbyterian Church as an Associate Pastor and at First Presbyterian Church in Copperas Cove where she was the Christian Education Director. Emily grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Religion with a concentration in Ministerial Studies from Montreat College in 2011 and her Masters of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2014.
Emily currently lives in Winter Park, Florida and when she's not busy at St. Luke's she's likely ringing bells with Magic of Bronze, an Orlando based community handbell ensemble, or hanging out with her friends at Disney World acquiring more Beauty and the Beast merch that she probably doesn't need to decorate her office.
