Welcome Home!
Now that you've found this page, you have your fingers on the pulse of the "happenings" at St. Luke's. Wearing a mask is recommended but not mandatory for worshippers and our church programming is continuing with our regular schedule. Communion is served on the 1st Sunday of every month, Sunday School for all ages is at 8:30 a.m., and worship is at 10:00 a.m. in person and via the livestream through our church Facebook page.
Worship services in August will include Worship and Communion on August 7th, Good Goodbye Sunday with Pastor Jody and Mike on August 14th, and amazing guest Preachers of the Day Rev. Dr. Dan Williams on August 21st and Ruling Elder M.E. Kelly on August 28th. The Bells of St. Luke's will provide special music on Sunday, August 14th, Homework Club will kick off this month (watch your church email for details), we will provide a delicious Meals for Moms and Dads who are single head of household families, and volunteer to pack fresh fruits and vegetables for the Hummingbird Food Pantry on August 12th and 26th (1-3 pm). The Youth Group will have a Mini Lock-In on Friday, August 5th from 6-11 p.m. to kick off their new school year with fun, school supplies, and lots of great food.
We would love to have you be a part of the fresh, life-giving things God is doing through St. Luke’s!
In God’s Love,
Pastor Jody
We, the St. Luke’s family of believers, are dedicated to demonstrating our love for God by serving Him in all areas of life.
Our vision is to become a Christ-centered community where:
-
we learn to love God more,
-
we lead people to faith in the risen Christ,
-
we nurture all to a spiritual maturity through the word of God,
-
we reach out to others through acts of love,
-
we experience close fellowship together, and
-
we glorify God’s name through celebrative, joyful worship.
